Maicha Massacre: Amhara Fano forces killed 84 Tigrayan civilians in Maicha locality (Welkait district), took 7 truckloads of civilians & killed them in a separate incident

Goey Gebre (L) from Welkait says Amhara forces massacred 84 innocent civilians in Maicha locality in Tigray's district of Welkait. Amarech Gidey (R), an IDP sheltering at a camp in Shire says Amhara forces massacred 5 of her family members in Welkait. She also said Amhara Fano forces took 7 truckloads of civilians and extrajudicially killed them all. She adds, 'Wherever you go, it is littered with the bodies of civilians.'
